Sc, and Ph.D. in Environmental Technology/Management from the University of Port Harcourt both in Nigeria. He is a sought-after speaker in several international conferences and has professional papers in some learned journals to his credit. Israel has over 30 years of experience drawn from working with major Oil & Gas organizations.

His impressive carrier profile cuts across petroleum engineering, environmental management, business operations management/development, contracts administration, projects planning/scheduling, controls, conventional oil wells development, pipeline installation, design and implementation of remedial actions/restoration, and waste management. He is a member of several professional bodies including the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP-USA), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), Chartered Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria and British Project Professionals Society – UK.
