EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Dr. Ransome Egunjobi (PE, PMP, Ph.D.) – EVP Renewable Energy and New Business Development is an adept and experienced professional electrical engineer. He received a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University – Philadelphia, M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, and MA in Economics both from New Mexico State University – New Mexico. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at New Mexico State University, with a focus on the integration of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) to Bulk Power System, Dynamic stability studies under increased penetration of DERs, Smart Grid, Microgrid System, and Composite Load Model with DERs.
He was the Vice Chair (2019) and Chair (2020) of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) Dynamic Working Group, and co-lead North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) System Planning Impact from Distributed Energy Resources Working Group (SPIDERWG). He was the founding president for the IEEE-PES High Plain chapter (Region 5). As a co-lead and member of NERC SPIDERWG and Load Model Task Force (LMTF), he has published various papers, and NERC Reliability Guidelines on the integration of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) to Bulk Power System (BPS), modeling, performance, and simulation of Battery Energy Storage System connected to BPS.
He has worked on several multi-million Dollars Wind, Solar, Battery, and Hybrid projects in the ERCOT Texas region. He also worked on the Department of Energy Project: Renewable and Distributed System Integration (RDSI) in the city of Fort Collins, Colorado. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas and a Project Management Professional (PMP). In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his family, reading professional journals, playing soccer, and participating in Home Health Consultation to help the needy and less privileged.
Godwin Etti
PRESIDENT /CEO
Godwin Etti brings about 35 combined years of experience in both Aviation and Oil & Gas Industries to the Organization. His career path in the Oil & Gas sector includes working with Majors such as Shell Canada, SGS, Spectra Energy, and others. A University of Lagos alumnus, Godwin is an astute strategist who previously held several senior managerial positions in the Aviation Industry in Nigeria. He migrated to Canada in 2002 and went on to study Power Engineering as well as Natural Gas processing.
In 2007 and 2010 respectively, he was an active member of the operational teams that commissioned SGS’s Froth treatment Pilot Plant and Shell Canada’s state-of-the-art High Temperature Heavy Oil Processing Plant both in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Early in the Springs of 2019, Godwin envisioned an Energy portfolio that would vigorously interface between Fossil and Renewable energy needs in the ever-dynamic global energy “landscape”.
Getti Energy Inc. became that reality with global operational tentacles in Canada, the United States, Africa, and beyond. Consistent with the Organization’s Corporate Mission statement, he continues to pioneer several functional initiatives aimed at “Redefining Innovation and Sustainability in the Energy Landscape”. Godwin loves spending time with his family, travelling, and getting to know folks from other cultures.
