Patti Mailer

Patti Mailer is a strategic Human Resource Professional with over 30 years of generalist experience in a variety of industries including retail, mining, high tech, warehousing/ distribution and, most recently, Oil & Gas in both Canada and the United States. She holds a B.A. degree in Communications from the University of Calgary, and a conflict resolution Diploma from Mount Royal University, both in Alberta. She is Canadian CPHR-certified, as well as United States SHRM-certified.

Patti has experienced it all from a foundational HR role in 1992 to executive rank as a North American Executive Director of Human Resources of a global Fortune 500 company. She has a unique way of mixing the ‘tried and true’ with creative new ideas in order to find solutions that work in everyday challenges in the dynamic global energy landscape. In her spare time, Patti enjoys international travel, being a mom to her 3 grown boys, and spending time with her husband skiing, biking, or gardening.
